I’ve just returned from Europe, and let me share some exciting progress…

There are 9 churches that are part of VCI, but what is more exciting is that I found out that 5 new churches are in various stages of the planting process! It’s also interesting to note that by European standards, 4 churches of those churches are new churches themselves. I was able to visit a few of these as well as several other churches in the VCI network. Plus, I caught up with most of the senior leaders. Very Cool!

Johnny and Mirjam have begun a church in Eeklo.

Julius and Angelique are leaders of House of Worship in Almere, they have decided to partner with VCI and are one of the churches in the process of planting.

The VCI all in day was excellent. We continued to focus on church planting, esp. multiplication. As one Pastor told me, “VCI days remind me of the call to multiply new churches, it’s so necessary, as I don’t get a lot of encouragement for this where I live”.

The second-year students are tracking well in the “Church Planting Training Center”, (CPTC). Some are aiming to plant and have plans underway, others will be involved in some way in a church plant. We are aiming for 15 students (including 5 from Belgium) for the next course which begins in September 2019. Please pray with us for this.

At the last-minute I was able to spend a few days in the Aberdeen area, Scotland with Stuart Watt and other leaders. Stuart leads a church he planted and has caught (in his words) the ‘multiplication virus’.

Salvations took place.
New churches are beginning.
People Healed.
Seeds sown.
New connections made.
The supernatural was evident.

I love this quote from Ralph Moore, From his book, Mega-Multi-Multiply:
“Let’s stop rejoicing over the crop in the barns. We need to look at the fields yet to be harvested”.                  
In Europe 98-99% of people are yet to be reached with the Gospel.
