We are off to Europe on 24th August. This is the longest time we haven’t travelled for at least 3 decades…unusual times indeed! So it will be great to catch up with our European friends again. We are in Dublin, various places in Holland, Le Havre France, Germany (new contacts there), and Antwerp & Eeklo in Belgium… and Switzerland for just a couple of days!

We would really appreciate prayer for the supernatural, and that people would hear the other voice! Also please pray for protection from sickness while we travel.

‍The Police Chaplaincy is going well.  It takes a little while of course for people to get to know me and visa versa. I do enjoy it. It’ll take till the end of the year, I think to form some good camaraderie and feel part of the place.

‍NZ Travel to various churches has continued and weekends are fairly full till the end of the year. Seeing people ministered to, experiencing God, responding to Him, is so life giving.

‍My back to front book, is now translated into French and is currently being printed. Resources are scarce in French, so this little book will sow more seeds towards the Great Commission.

A professional video has been made about church planting in Europe highlighting the Euro-Vision dream. This will be out on my website and other platforms before the end of the year. Clayton Joutet one our church planters in France, and his team have pulled this together and have done an exceptional job.

Now this is probably a little radical, but please give me grace to add; the micro-church is not a new form of the Church, but the most ancient one. A compelling case can be made that the micro-church is the original design within the pages of the New Testament. In addition, it is also the primary expression of the Church in the most significant disciple-making movements on the planet today, in places like India, Africa, China and other parts of Asia.

I believe, now is the time for us in the West to return to the micro-church for biblical, cultural, and missiological reasons. A challenging thought!!!
