I have just returned from Europe for the 4th time this year. I was in Manchester for a church planting conference – LAUNCH. (www.launcheurope.org). Networking with other church planters who are working in the UK and on the continent of Europe fires me up. Meeting people like Jossy Chacko, who over the last 19 years has helped plant 22,000 churches and seen over 800,000 people baptized in India, is very inspiring! I absolutely believe this can happen on the continent of Europe. It must happen if we are serious about reaching Western Europe.
Then it was onto Belgium for a 1 day church planting mini conference that VCI hosted. I was believing for at least 30 Belgian people – 35 were there! That is a miracle. I was also believing that seed would be sown it would bear fruit in the form of new communities of faith. People’s response was such that it strongly suggested this took place. “You will always harvest what you plant…at just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up”. Gal 6:7-9. Amen.
Then I went to speak in Axel, South Holland in one of our VCI churches. 2 people responded to Christ! This is a relatively new church and they are aiming to plant churches in nearby towns!
Then it was onto Dublin where I spoke to a number of church leaders including Elim Pastors on church planting, and had the privilege to minister in a church.
I felt it was a fruitful trip. I had some great connections and much seed was planted. I know God is nurturing and watering this seed. I’m very encouraged. I look forward to seeing multiplication in the days ahead.

The best way to fulfil the Great Commission is to plant churches that plant churches!
