We had Ian Green with us for our Church planting School(CpS), it was excellent. By the way we will be taking this on the road. Maybe you want to have a Seminar (evening & a day) in your area, let me know and we will come an add our voice to your voice.
Getting these wrong or having them untested is going to hinder the new plant dramatically. We will cover these in brief. There are books written on each one and much more that could be said on each characteristic.
Firstly let me make something very clear, moving in God's power is normal Christianity and is not complicated or difficult...it's easy!!
Here are some key's I have found:
1. Die to your understanding. Simply open up to God in an intuitive sense, let the mind catch up later. Dethrone reason; God is Spirit, not brain. Don't abandon it, simply dethrone it! Allow the brain to catch up later. Learn to back yourself...believe in yourself. All you can make is a mistake!
How can we find our Passions and Talents?
What were we created to do?
We are so uniquely and wonderfully created; how can we maximize what God has given to us for His Glory?
The following I have found to be keys in the process of seeing His Kingdom extended.
Before I share these keys, there are some foundational understandings:
1. Harvest is not an event it's a process.
2. The further evangelism is removed from the local church the less effective it will be.
Luke 19:10 says it so clearly in Jesus own words; "The Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost..."
The task is very clear, uncluttered...even simple!

I had the privilege to travel to Chennai India & meet again with my church planting friend & apostolic leader Ps Kalyan Kumar. We have known each other for 20 years. It was fun to be with him & see what God is doing through him as he plants new churches. By 2025 he is aiming for 1000 churches!!! The way things are going it will happen!
